WOMEN’S RIGHTS: THE RIGHTS OF MOTHERS, GRANDMOTHERS, SISTERS, THE LADIES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THE RIGHTS OF ALL WOMEN AND GIRLS



Article 1)
Women and men are equal.
Mothers and fathers are equal.
Girls and boys are equal.

Women, young women and girls are worthy of dignity and respect.

The rights of girls, young women and women are protected by law.
Those who discriminate against them are deterred.

Article 2)
In all laws, women and men are defined as equals.

Courts so not allow women’s rights to be violated.
They punish those who treat mothers, aunts, grandmothers, sisters
and girls badly.
They are responsible for deterring people who don’t show respect
towards women.

All authorities treat women and men as equals.
All authorities respect women.

Article 3)
Girls and women have the right to flourish freely.
They must enjoy all of their rights in order to flourish.
That’s why they are guaranteed to enjoy all of their rights.

Article 4)
For humanity to flourish, equality is necessary between women and men.

Women and men have to be equal for mothers to be protected.
Mothers and women have the right to be protected.

Article 5)
Both women and men are valuable individuals.

Fathers cook and clean the house too.
Fathers also take care of babies, wash dishes and do ironing.
Mothers also work in fields, plough the land.
Mothers also work in science, examine patients, use computers,
repair machines and make sales.

Happy families have happy children.

Fathers share the housework with mothers so that families can be happy.
Fathers help mothers to get together with their friends and have fun.

Article 6)
There may be people who force women and young girls to work.
These people who force women and young girls to work are deterred.

Article 7)
Women have the right to vote in elections.
Women have the right to run and be elected in elections.
Women have the right to become deputies, mayors and village heads.
Women can run in elections to protect children.
They can run in elections to improve education and health services.
They can run in elections to make the country richer.

Women cannot be barred from taking part in the government of
countries, municipalities and neighborhoods.

Article 8)
Women have the right to work for a better world.
Women have the right to work for all human beings in the world.
Women can join initiatives for wealth, peace and equality in the
name of their countries.

All human beings living in the world are called “the big family of humanity”.
Women have the right to work so that the big family of humanity
lives in peace.
Women can work to protect the nature and children’s health.
They can work for freedom and equality.
Women are encouraged to work to bring an end to hunger and poverty
in the world.
Women cannot be barred from taking part in these activities.

Article 9)
Women’s rights to citizenship are protected.
Women’s rights to citizenship do not depend on their husbands.

Article 10)
Every effort is made for girls to get education.
Women’s education is paid particular attention at all ages.

Girls and boys benefit equally from education.
Girls and boys go to the same schools and get educated together.
They go to the same schools and get education together so that they
understand and respect each other.
Opportunities are created so that girls can attend sports activities.
The number of nurseries and kindergartens are opened.
It is made sure that girls and boys can all go to nurseries and kindergartens.
Girls and boys have equal rights in getting scholarships.

Every effort is made so that girls and boys are equal in education.
Special education programs are organized for women.
In these programs, women’s desires and needs are taken into consideration.
Literacy courses are provided for women who cannot read or write.
Widespread trainings are provided on maternal and child health and
“family planning”.

Women’s knowledge contributes to the health and wealth of their
families and societies.
It is made sure that women have access to all forms of knowledge.

Article 11)
Women have the right to opportunities to participate in working life.
Work is an inalienable right for everyone.
Women and men are treated equally in recruitment.

Women are provided adequate pay for their work.
Women have the right to get equal pay as men when they do equal work.
This is called “equal pay for equal work”.

When women are away from work for maternity reasons, they have the
right to be protected from unemployment.
They cannot be fired because they expect or give birth to babies.
The mother or the father is given a “parental leave” to take good
care of the baby when a baby is born.
Nurseries and kindergartens are set up at workplaces so that mothers
can peacefully work.

Expectant mothers cannot be put to work in dangerous professions.

Article 12)
Women and men benefit equally from health services.
Expectant mothers have the right to access health services free of charge.
New mothers have the right to access health services free of charge.
.
Support is provided for the nutrition of the mother and the baby.

Article 13)
Mothers and fathers get a “child raise” to their wages so that they
can take good care of their children.

Women can get loans to start their own work places.

Women have the right to read, go to the museum and travel.
They have the right to go to the movies, the opera, the ballet and
the theatre.
They have the right to engage in sports, music, art and writing.
Women are encouraged to get together with their friends.
Every effort is made to make sure they can take part in fun
activities like weddings and festivals.

Article 14)
Women living in rural regions are paid special attention.
Women living in rural regions know the nature very well.
They grow grains, fruits and vegetables.
They raise sheep, goats, cows, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats and ducks.
They understand the language of water, land and air.
They weave carpets, rugs and fabric.
They make lacework and embroidery.
They make preserves and conserves.
These activities by rural women contribute to the wealth of their
families and regions.

Extra initiatives are taken to improve rural areas.
Women in these regions have the right to take part all of these initiatives.

Women living in rural regions have the right to housing, water,
health, education and transportation.
It is made sure that women living in rural regions get these services.
Initiatives are taken to increase the literacy (the ability to read
and write) of women living in rural regions.

Women living in rural regions have the right to get loans so that
they can develop the crop that they grow.
They are supported so that they can bring their products to the market.
They have the right to make a living out of their labor.
For this, they are encouraged to set up cooperatives and organizations.
A woman living in rural regions has the right to have an income when
she is old or sick.
She has the right to healthcare when she is old or she cannot work
because sick.
For this, it is made sure that she benefits from social security.

Community clinics are set up for mother and children’s health in
rural regions.
Sports centers and libraries open also to women’s use are established.
Cinema, theatre and exhibition centers are established.
They are encouraged to join weddings and other festivities organized
in their village or neighborhood.

Article 15)
Women and men are equal in laws.

Women sign business contracts themselves.
They manage their property themselves.
Women make independent decisions when they choose and start their profession.
They are free when they buy and sell a property.
They have equal rights with men.
Courts treat women and men as equals.
Women have equal rights with men when they choose their homes.

Article 16)
Women and men are equal in marriage.

Women have the right to choose their spouse and marry the person
that they want.
Women and men are equal throughout the marriage.
If the marriage ends, women and men are equals in this ending.
Spouses have equal rights to the property acquired during their marriage.
The mother and the father have equal rights on issues related to
their children.

Girls and boys cannot get married until they are 18 years old.

THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES




Article 1)
Sometimes people are not able do certain things that they need to do on their own.
They are physically or mentally disabled.
They may be unable to walk, see, hear or think fast.
Persons with disabilities are unable to do some things at home and outside because of a loss they suffer at birth or afterwards.

Article 2)
The rights in this convention are for all persons with disabilities.
It doesn’t make a difference if they are women, men, old, young, white, black, urban, rural, poor or rich.
Their birthplace, their language, their ideas don’t matter.
Persons with disabilities cannot be discriminated against.
It is enough to be a person with a disability to have the rights explained here.
This is how this convention defines the rights of persons with disabilities.
And it expects everyone to recognize them in the same way.

Article 3)
Persons with disabilities are individuals worthy of dignity and respect in the same way as anyone else.
The most important right that they have is to be treated with respect.
Persons with disabilities, no matter what the reason of the disability is, have the right to have a good life.
They have the right to have as decent a life as their non-disabled peers.

Article 4)
Persons with disabilities have the right to get married and choose their spouses.
They vote in general and local elections.
They have the right to run in elections.
In some cases, there may be restrictions.
Article 5)

All necessary measures are taken so that persons with disabilities can become self-sufficient.
They have the right to have access to support services so that they can live without depending on others.

Article 6)
Instruments and prostheses are developed so that persons with disabilities can do things on their own without needing help from others.
Special health services are provided for persons with disabilities.
Persons with disabilities have the right to life. They have the right to freely participate all activities.
They have the right to meet other members of society and be friends with them.
They have the right to go to school, the movies and the theatre.
They have the right to have access to support vehicles and services in order to carry out these activities.
Leaving the house should be made easier for persons with disabilities.
Ramps are built at the entrances of public buildings, schools, cinemas so that persons with disabilities can easily enter using their wheelchairs. Elevators are installed inside buildings.
Streets, public transportation vehicles, traffic lights are organized to serve for persons with disabilities as well.
Pavements, pedestrian crossings, pedestrian areas, parks are organized in a way that persons with disabilities can use them too.
Sports facilities are provided for people with disabilities.
Audio libraries are set up for visually impaired persons.

Article 7)
Work places are arranged so that persons with disabilities can join working life.
They are provided professional and vocational training in the fields that they can work.
They are provided special education opportunities so that they can contribute to society with their artistic talents.
They are encouraged to enrich society with their knowledge and ideas.
Persons with disabilities have the right to education and get a profession.
They have the right to be trained for an occupation or a profession.
Persons with disabilities have the right to work where they can use their talents.
They have the right to set up their own businesses.
The necessities of persons with disabilities that don’t work or don’t have an income are fulfilled. They have the right to care and treatment.

Article 8)
States pay attention to special needs of persons with disabilities when they make plans about the future of society.

Article 9)
Persons with disabilities have the right to live with their families and relatives.
They have the right to join fun and creative activities together with their families.
In some cases, a person with disability may be away from their family.
They may stay at a care center.
Whether a person with disability stays with their parents or at a care center, their justifiable demands are met.
If they stay at a care center, they should be together with their peers (people of the same age).
The care center should be close to their living environment.

Article 10)
All authorities treat persons with disabilities with respect.
They don’t let others mistreat persons with disabilities.
They don’t let others degrade persons with disabilities.
They don’t let others treat persons with disabilities differently.

Article 11)
Persons with disabilities have the right to be protected from those who want to take away their property.
Persons with disabilities and their property are protected.

Article 12)
States set up institutions for persons with disabilities.
These institutions hear the opinions of persons with disabilities and try to improve their rights accordingly.

Article 13)
All persons with disabilities have the right to know the rights explained in this convention.
These rights should be known by their families and the society.

Madde 1 )
Bazen insanlar; kendi kendilerine yapabilecekleri bazı işleri yapamaz.
Bedensel veya zihinsel olarak engellenir.
Yürüyemeyebilir, göremeyebilir, duyamayabilir, hızlı düşünemeyebilir.
Engelli insanlar; doğuştan ya da sonradan olan bir kayıp nedeniyle, evde ve dışarıda bazı işleri yapmakta engellenendir.

Madde 2 )
Bu bildirgedeki haklar, bütün engelli insanlar içindir.
Kadın erkek, yaşlı genç, beyaz kara, kentli köylü, zengin yoksul fark etmez.
Doğduğu yer, konuştuğu dil, inandığı fikirler de fark etmez.
Engelli bireylere ayrım yapılmaz.
Buradaki haklara sahip olmak için engelli olmak yeterlidir.
Bu bildirge, engelli haklarını böyle tanımlar.
Herkesin de böyle tanımasını bekler.

Madde 3 )
Engelli insan diğer tüm insanlar gibi onurlu ve değerli birer bireydir.
Kendilerine saygıyla davranılması en önemli haklarıdır.
Engellerinin, nedeni ne olursa olsun, iyi bir yaşam sürmeye hakları vardır.
Engelli olmayan yaşıtları kadar düzgün bir hayat sürme hakları vardır.

Madde 4 )
Engelli insanlar evlenme ve eşini seçmekte özgürdür.
Genel ve yerel seçimlerde oy kullanır,
Seçimlerde aday olma hakkı vardır.
Bazı çok özel durumlarda kısıtlama olabilir.

Madde 5 )
Engelli insanların kendilerine yetebilmeleri için tüm önlemler alınır.
Başkalarına gereksinim duymadan yaşamaları için destek hizmetlerin oluşturulması hakları vardır.

Madde 6 )
Engellilerin, başkalarından yardım almadan kendi işlerini yapabilmeleri için aletler, protezler geliştirilir.
Engeliler için özel sağlık hizmetlerini geliştirilir.
Engellilerin hayata özgürce katılma hakları vardır.
Toplumun diğer bireyleriyle tanışabilme, arkadaş olma hakları vardır.
Okula, sinemaya, tiyatroya gidebilme hakları vardır.
Bunları yapabilmek için destek araçlara ve hizmetlere hakkı vardır.
Engelli bireylerin; evden çıkmaları için kolaylıklar sağlanır.
Kamu binalarının, okulların, sinemaların, girişlerine bedensel engelli insanlar için tekerlekli sandalyelere uygun eğim bulunur. Bina içlerinde asansör bulunur.
Sokaklar, caddeler, toplu taşım araçları, trafik lambaları engellilere de hizmet verecek şekilde düzenlenir.
Kaldırımların yüksekliği, yaya geçitleri, yaya bölgeleri, parklar engellilerin de yaralanabileceği şekilde düzenlenir.
Spor yapabilecekleri alanlar düzenlenir.
Görme engelliler için sesli kitaplıklar oluşturulur.

Madde 7 )
Engellilerin çalışma hayatına katılmaları için çalışma ortamları onlara uygun hale getirilir.
Yapabilecekleri işler ve meslekleri öğrenmeleri için eğitim sağlanır.
Sanatsal yetenekleriyle, topluma katkı sağlamaları için özel eğitim olanakları sunulur.
Bilgi ve fikirleriyle toplumu zenginleştirmeleri desteklenir.
Engelli insanların eğitim ve bir meslek edinme hakları vardır.
Bir meslek ve iş için eğitilme hakları vardır.
Engelliler yeteneklerini kullanabilecekleri işlerde çalışma hakları vardır.
Kendi işlerini kurma hakları vardır.
Çalışamayan veya geliri olmayan engelli bireyin gereksinimleri karşılanır. Bakım ve tedavi hakları vardır.

Madde 8 )
Devletler; toplumun geleceğine yönelik planlar yaparken, engelli insanların özel gereksinimlerini dikkate alır.

Madde 9 )
Engelli insanlar, aileleriyle ve yakınlarıyla birlikte yaşama hakkına sahiptir.
Aileleriyle birlikte eğlenceli ve yaratıcı etkinliklere katılma hakları vardır.
Bazı durumlarda engelli birey ailesinden ayrı olabilir.
Bir bakımevinde kalabilir.
Engelli birey ailesinin yanında da olsa bakımevinde de olsa onun haklı istekleri karşılanır.
Eğer bir bakımevinde kalıyorsa, yaşıtlarının arasında olmalıdır.
Bakımevi yaşadığı çevreye yakın olmalıdır.

Madde 10 )
Bütün görevliler engelli bireylere saygıyla davranırlar
Onlara kötü davranmaya kalkanlara engel olurlar.
Onurlarının kırılmasına izin vermezler.
Diğer insanlardan farklı davranılmasına karşı koyarlar.

Madde 11 )
Engelli insanların varlıklarını ellerinden almak isteyenlere karşı korunma hakları vardır.
Engelli birey ve mal varlığını korunur.

Madde 12 )
Devletler engelli bireylerle ilgili kuruluşlar oluşturur.
Bu kuruluşlar engelli bireylerin haklarının geliştirilmesi için onların görüşünü alarak hareket eder.

Madde 13 )
Bütün engelli insanların bu bildirgedeki tüm haklarını bilme hakları vardır
Buradaki hakları aileler ve toplum bilmelidir.

Hakko ya da Hakuğa olarak da söylenir.

Siteye hakuka ismini verirken; hem çocukların hem de sayfanın; böyle küçük ama capcanlı ve büyüyebilen, akan, kendi şarkılarını neşeyle söyleyebilen bir ifadesi olsun istedim.
Ve bu küçücük gözeden çıkan suyun; engellenmezse bir çaya, oradan bir büyük nehre karışmasını, denizlere ve okyanusa kavuşmasını, her insanı her canlıyı kucaklamasını görmeyi arzu ettim.

Ve çocuğu; sadece bir birey olarak değil de akan bir su gibi, değdiği dokunduğu her şeyle ailesiyle ailesi yoksa kaldığı yuvasıyla, komşusu, mahallesi, büyükleri küçükleri, şehri, kültürü ve dünyası ile kabul ettim.
Hakuka aynı zamanda; "Hak", "Hukuk", "Adalet" sözcüklerinin kısaltılmış halini de çağrıştırıyordu.
Bu nedenle çocuk hakları odaklı bu sitenin adını Hakuka olarak seslendirdim.

Bizi bedensel ve ruhsal yönden örseleyecek hiçbir yaklaşıma izin verilmez." 

Çocuk Hakları Sözleşmesi böyle diyor. Ama çocuk haklarında yazılanlara uymayanlar da var.

Ama siz güzel ablalar;  

Bizleri; bedensel ve ruhsal yönden örseleyecek hiç bir yaklaşıma izin vermediniz,
Bu hakkımız için;
nice tehlikeyi göze aldınız 
gece gündüz çalıştınız,
yürüdünüz, koştunuz, konutunuz, yazdınız.
Bu yolda emeği geçen 
bütün süper annelere, süper teyzelere, süper ablalara,

cesur ve güzel kadınlara
çok teşekkür ederiz.

HAKUKA - çocuklar ve barış içinde hayat için küçük bir güzelleme çabası

Çocuklara ve özellikle kız çocuklarına yönelik bir parça pozitif ayrımcılık yapmıyor değilim.
