rights are built into laws.
Sometimes these rights can be
violated by bad people.
Then, the person whose right is
violated can go to court.
They can ask the judge to protect
their rights.
The court gives that person what is
rightfully theirs.

Nobody can be arrested if they did
not commit a crime that goes against the law.
Unless
the laws say otherwise, no human being can be deprived of their freedom.
Unless
the laws say otherwise, no one can be sent to exile from their own country.

Sometimes, there may be false
allegations against someone.
People have the right to ask for a trial at a court
to clarify this allegation.
Courts are impartial and
independent.
They pursue these trials in an open
way.
Courts must solve cases with justice.

Each
person assumed to have committed a crime have the right to defend themselves.
They are
given all opportunities to exercise their right to defend themselves.
Courts make open and fair trials.
If the laws don’t find someone
guilty, that person is innocent, not guilty. No one can punish them.
No one can be punished for an
action that is not a crime according to laws.
No one can be given a penalty that
is not set by the law.

go through their belongings without their permission.

beings can choose the place and town that they will live in.
Everyone has the right to depart
from and return to a country.

One can seek asylum to another country if their
country oppresses them.

do harm to others and the environment cannot benefit from this right.

Human beings cannot be harassed
because of their thoughts.
Human beings have the right to
search for information through all tools and means.
All human beings have the right to

beings have the right to get together and assemble for a cause.
All human beings have the right to
form organizations for peaceful reasons.
All human beings have the right to
be a member of an organization formed for peaceful reasons.
No one can be forced to become a
member of an organization against their will.

Every
human being has the right to take part in the government of their country.
Human beings sometimes exercise
this right directly via a referendum or a plebiscite.
Sometimes they exercise this right
by freely electing the deputies that will represent them.
Elections should be held in an open
and fair manner so that countries can be governed well.
Elections are repeated
periodically.
If a free election environment is
prepared, elections will be fair.
If elections are not honest, rulers
will not be respectable and credible.
Every human being in the world has
the right to benefit from the basic services in their country.

human being has the right to social security.
Every human being is a valuable
member of society.
Every human being has the right to
enjoy services like nutrition, housing, clothing, health and education and the
right to spend their spare time.
This right is very important for a
human being to live with dignity.
This right is very important for a
human being to develop a character freely.
Every country builds a social
security system to make sure that people can exercise this right.
Social security accepts every
individual as a valuable member of society.
Countries cooperate for the social
security system when necessary.

human being has the right to work.

human being has the right to freely choose their profession and occupation.

under fair and adequate conditions.

to special assistance.
All children have the right to
special protection whether or not they have parents.

Vocational and technical education

Higher education is available to
everyone with equal opportunity depending on success.
The purpose of education is to
develop people’s personalities.

Education teaches human beings that
all human beings in the world are brothers and sisters.
It teaches understanding and
tolerance.

arts like photography, music and dance.
They have the right to learn tales
and folk songs.
They have the right to use
scientific developments, engage in scientific activities, make inventions and
discoveries.
Human beings are free to create
artistic and scientific products.
The rights of human beings over
these products are protected.

only exercise their freedoms in a peaceful world and a country.
